How do you pay through The Payment Group?
We provide Online Payments, payments by telephone thru our Resource Center staffed with live bilingual representatives and onsite payments at your location (swipers and kiosks available).
What types of payments do you take?
We take payments for court including traffic fines, deferred disposition, driving safety, partial payments, warrants, bonds, police department payments and any other payments that the court or police department take. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Is The Payment Group secure?
We adhere to the strict requirements of PCI Compliance to ensure that all transactions are handled in a secure environment. Every quarter, a qualified third party checks the list of requirements to ensure that we are maintaining our PCI Compliance. We do NOT store credit card/debt card numbers once the payment has been submitted.
When will the court be notified that I made my payment?
We immediately notify the court immediately upon completed submission of your payment (whether online or by phone.)
How can I receive my receipt?
As soon as your payment is processed, an e-mail and/or text message confirmation will be sent to you.
What hours do you accept phone payments?
We are open 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday Central Time.

Does The Payment Group offer integration with our software?
We currently integrate with many Court Record Management Software programs and we provide the capability to integrate with most all municipal software providers. Please contact our Sales Department for more information regarding our integration services.
How will I know that a payment has been taken on behalf of our institution?
You will receive an immediate email notification that a payment has been made. You will also have login access to your account to view payment details as soon as a payment has been made.
What kind of customer support is available?
We provide each client with a personal Client Manager for training, assistance and support. Your Client Manager will contact our IT department when necessary to provide you with fast, helpful service.
How long does it take to get set up with your service?
For non-integrated services, our set up takes a little over an hour. Our integrated clients are fully-automated and ready to take payments in about a week.
Do you provide Training?
For non-integrated courts, we offer online training to teach you to login to your account, search for payments and create reports. Our service is very easy to use and will easily fit into your daily routine.
For our integrated clients, we provide training through one of our court specialists who are familiar with your court software. You will learn how to post payments to your system and benefit from the valuable lessons that these current court clerks have learned from using The Payment Group integrated solutions. Training is provided online at no cost.
